Eligibility for Returns:
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Software with opened packaging or activated licenses
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refund Process:
- Email us at info@smartflow.pk with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the product is damaged or defective).
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to send the product back.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong order placed by the customer, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please email us at info@smartflow.pk within the 7-day window.

- Please do not send any items back without prior approval from our team.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
