Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Smart Flow (Private) Limited! We value your trust and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software with opened packaging or activated licenses
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process:

  1. Email us at info@smartflow.pk with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the product is damaged or defective).
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong order placed by the customer, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please email us at info@smartflow.pk within the 7-day window.

Important Notes:

  • Please do not send any items back without prior approval from our team.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
